Former two-Michelin-starred chef Tristan Brandt is back at Sirru Fen Fushi this festive season, with a four-hands dinner on 29 December 2026 and a signature dinner on 2 January 2027 at Azure.
Sirru Fen Fushi in Shaviyani Atoll is bringing back German chef Tristan Brandt for a second residency. Brandt, who once held the title of Germany's youngest two-Michelin-starred chef, is known for modern French cooking with international touches, and he returns as part of the resort's Sirru Icons Series.
The dinners
There are two dates to note, both at Azure, the resort's overwater restaurant. On 29 December 2026 Brandt cooks a six-course four-hands dinner with Sirru Fen Fushi's Executive Chef Girish Sharma, mixing his French style with local flavours. On 2 January 2027 he presents a four-course signature dinner of his own.
The residency is part of The Constellations of Moments, the resort's festive season programme. Prices have not been published, and seats at chef dinners like these are usually limited, so it is worth reserving when you book your stay.
Why stay here over the holidays
Sirru Fen Fushi sits in one of the largest natural lagoons in the Maldives, with a long house reef and an underwater coral art installation. It suits couples and families who want space, good snorkelling and a quieter northern atoll for Christmas and New Year.
Getting there
The resort is about 55 minutes from Velana International Airport by seaplane. Festive dates fill early, so ask us for a quote and we will check villa and seaplane availability for late December.
