Rabarbaro is One&Only Reethi Rah's poolside Italian restaurant for long lunches, known for wood-fired pizza, and becomes Rah Bar at night.

Rabarbaro serves rustic Italian food by the pool at One&Only Reethi Rah, with endless ocean views. Wood-fired pizzas are the stars, alongside pastas, risottos and chargrilled meat and seafood, and there is a gelato bar. Lunch runs from 12:30pm to 5:00pm, Tea O'Clock from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, and the bar from 11:00am to 1:00am. At night the space becomes Rah Bar, with drinks and live music. A pop-up Fanditha menu is offered here on select evenings. All ages are welcome. By day the dress code is casual, with flip-flops and covered beachwear allowed but shoes required in the bar; at night it is resort chic.
