Taj Coral Reef Resort & Spa, Maldives is a 5-star resort on a small island in North Malé Atoll, about 45 minutes from Velana International Airport by speedboat. Its villas have been recently renovated, and the excellent reef and relaxed atmosphere make it a calm escape close to Malé.

There are 62 villas, all for two. Superior Beach Villas, Premium Beach Villas and Deluxe Sunset Beach Villas sit on the sand, while Superior Water Villas, Premium Water Villas, Deluxe Sunset Water Villas and the Coral Suite stand over the lagoon. Guests especially praise the Premium Water Villas.

Getting there

Taj Coral Reef Resort & Spa, Maldives is reached from Velana International Airport (MLE) in Malé, the main international gateway to the Maldives. The speedboat transfer takes about 45 minutes, and speedboats can usually run after dark too, which helps with late arrivals. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00. We arrange the transfer with the resort and include it in your quote.
