Dining by Design is The Ritz-Carlton Maldives' private dining programme. There are four settings: Mystique Garden under a 30-metre banyan tree, Grand Sunset Beach, Beach Cove, and a sandbank in the middle of the ocean. Menus can be chosen from La Locanda, IWAU barbecue, Indian, BBQ or Maldivian cooking, and dinner can be paired with a Cinema Under the Stars.
