Ithaa Undersea Restaurant
Ithaa is Conrad Maldives' undersea restaurant and the world's first, five metres below the Indian Ocean, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner surrounded by reef fish.
Ithaa is the world's first undersea restaurant, set five metres beneath the Indian Ocean at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. Reef fish swim past the curved acrylic walls while courses are served. Breakfast runs from 8:00am to 9:30am, lunch from 12:30pm and dinner from 6:30pm. Non-diners can visit between 11:00am and 12:00pm, and the resort takes enquiries for day visits. Menus include lunch, dinner, a visiting-hour menu and a kids' menu, and the dress code is smart casual. Space is very limited, so book as early as possible.
