Sunset Grill is Conrad Maldives' overwater steak and seafood restaurant, with sunset views from six balconies over the reef.

Sunset Grill is known for three things: seafood, steak and Maldivian sunsets. It sits on an overwater pavilion with six balconies above the reef. Seafood comes daily from local suppliers who fish sustainably, and the beef is Angus and Wagyu from Australia and New Zealand, with select cuts dry-aged in house. French champagnes and international wines complete the list, and there are vegan and kids' menus. Dinner runs 7:00pm to 10:00pm, and the dress code is smart casual.
