KOKO is Conrad Maldives' open-air Japanese teppanyaki bar, with a long counter at eye level with the ocean.
KOKO is an open-air teppan grill with a long bar, designed so that the water's edge meets diners' eye line. Chefs cook in front of guests, combining traditional Japanese techniques with modern presentation. Ingredients are prepared on site, from whole tuna carved in-house to fresh wasabi roots. Dinner runs 7:00pm to 10:00pm, and the dress code is smart casual.
