Mandhoo Restaurant
Mandhoo is Conrad Maldives' overwater wellness restaurant at the Spa Retreat, serving nature-inspired dishes from sustainably grown produce.
Mandhoo sits over the lagoon at Conrad's Spa Retreat and celebrates nature-inspired, balanced cooking. Ethically sourced produce, seafood and meat are prepared in dishes such as coconut-crusted job fish, sage-marinated chicken, and asparagus and pea risotto. Vegetarian and kids' menus are available alongside a curated wine list. Lunch runs 12:00pm to 3:00pm and dinner 7:00pm to 10:00pm, and the dress code is smart casual.
