Wine Cellar, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, Maldives

The Wine Cellar lies two metres underground, described by the resort as a first for the Maldives. It holds 18,000 bottles and up to 800 labels. Dinner is a six-course degustation paired with seven hand-selected wines and one champagne, chosen by the Chef de Cuisine and Head Sommelier, with a blind tasting during the main course. About 30% of the list changes each year. The rarest wine is Krug Clos d'Ambonnay 1995, and the most expensive is a Methuselah of Cristal 1990 at USD 52,000. Dinner runs 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
