Soneva Fushi Villas with Pool (about 145 m²) sleep three, and two- and four-bedroom villas (about 395–721 m²) sleep up to 12. Over the water, Water Reserves with Slide (about 585 m²) sleep four and two-bedroom versions sleep six. The Private Reserve (about 2,280 m²) sleeps 18.

Soneva Fushi is reached from Velana International Airport (MLE) in Malé, the main international gateway to the Maldives. The seaplane flight takes about 30 minutes, with views over the atolls on the way. Some guests also take a domestic flight from Malé to Dharavandhoo (DRV) and continue by boat. Seaplanes fly in daylight only, so guests landing late in the day usually spend a night near the airport and fly on next morning. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
